The company also joined the "International Maritime Organization", which earned it the confidence of all and made the major international companies in the field of maritime transport to adopt Germa as its agent inside Libya, which led to an increase Its size and activity.

The company has branches in various Libyan commercial and oil ports, and for this it has established storage yards that accommodate large numbers of containers and so on, and facilitated its business by acquiring large numbers of trucks and cranes to facilitate handling operations in these yards and in order to facilitate its business and provide the best services to customers.
It opened branches outside Libya, where it established a branch in Greece and a branch in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to facilitate reservation and ship leasing operations.
